We require this information to provide the service and meet the audit requirements of funders.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is stored in the PlayPeace Class4kids booking system and database
We will use your information to produce reports, compile mailing lists and share relevant information.
Your contact details will be accessible by licensed users of the system.
How long do we keep your information for?
We will keep your information for one year and then request that the information is update or deleted.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
