Terms & Conditions

PlayPeace is a parent run club where we are committed to everyone’s safety and well being. We want children with additional needs to feel welcome, along with siblings and parents/carers. No form of bullying, inappropriate language or shouting will be allowed at the club. We will promote a calm environment and all adults should maintain this whilst at the club. PlayPeace is attended by a wide range of children and young people with varying complex and additional needs, with different triggers and sometimes challenging behaviour. In the event of any behavioural issues experienced by your child or any other child, this should be dealt with calmly and directly between parents./carers.                

Parents and carers are responsible for the behaviour, safety and well being of their child/ren at all times when at PlayPeace, to support their participation and during snack time. Should you need a quick break, please let another parent know and ensure that your child/ren are safe whilst you do so. Volunteers are able to support with activities and safety of the children, but will not be given sole charge of children at PlayPeace.  

Everyone is expected to meet these terms and conditions (families, volunteers and anyone associated with PlayPeace).
